About Erica

Erica Berman is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist based in Toronto. She specializes in supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments, including infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health, trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, emotional eating, and low self-esteem.

With a collaborative and action-oriented approach, Erica empowers clients to develop the skills they need to overcome their challenges and achieve meaningful change. She is committed to helping individuals and couples find solutions that work, guiding them toward their goals in a timely and effective manner.
 

Erica integrates evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address trauma and PTSD. Her approach is both empathetic and practical, ensuring clients feel supported while building the tools to address future difficulties independently.
